About Ken Brooks
Associate Attorney
Ken Brooks assists clients in protecting their domestic and international intellectual property across a variety of technologies and business stages. He assists clients ranging from individuals, to start-ups, to Fortune 20 companies as outside counsel and previously as in-house General Counsel. Ken’s practice includes a variety of IP and IP-adjacent matters including domestic and international patent application drafting, prosecution, and appeals; patentability opinions; clearance searches; trademark matters; as well as contractual agreements, royalties, and licensing.
Ken is knowledgeable in a variety of industries and technologies including integrated electrical & mechanical systems; autonomous driving; software, SaaS, and mobile applications; medical devices; materials science; and consumer products, processes, and services.
