In Florida, the sharing of legal fees by lawyers is governed by Rule 4-1.5 of the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct. In compliance with this rule, your client will sign an agreement that explains: (1) that you and The Rapacke Law Group are jointly responsible for the representation; and (2) the division of fees between the firms.
