A set number of patentability searches and trademark filings each year, weekly trademark monitoring, deadline and maintenance fee tracking, and a quarterly IP strategy review. Anything else, like a provisional or utility patent application, is quoted at our flat fee before any work begins.
Each plan costs 20% less than its included searches and trademark filings would cost at our flat fees. Monitoring, deadline tracking and the quarterly review come on top at no extra charge.
Each week we review new trademark filings for marks that could conflict with yours and send you a short report. When something needs action, like an opposition, we explain your options and the flat fee before anything is filed.
Included searches and filings are counted per plan year and do not roll over. Monthly plans add searches on a set cadence. Annual plans make every included search available from day one.
